My name is Klara, in my early forties originally from the Czech Republic. A homeowner and a working professional. In my spare time, I like going to the gym, cycling, running and hiking and lead a healthy lifestyle. I am a non-smoker and an occasional drinker. I am sociable but also value my independence.

I am looking to share my flat with a quiet, tidy, respectful and working professional nonsmoker. It will not be suited for home office working with an exception 1-2 days a week or couples. References and proof of financial income will be required with an upfront deposit.
