I am currently renting a property in Westbourne and the second tenant is moving out when this year's contract ends (FEB 2026). I am looking for someone who wants to flat share!
The property is a 2 bedroom flat with a large living / dining area and a connected kitchen. It also has access to a large garden as it is a ground floor flat. The available room has a built in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom (toilet, sink and shower).
The flat is in a great area. It is a short 5 minute walk to Westbourne high-street which has many cafes, restaurants and bars, but it is far enough away from the high-street that it is quiet. It is a nice 15 minute walk to Alum Chine beach and it is close to both Bournemouth a Poole. The flat comes with 1 off road parking space but there are many nearby roads with available parking so the use of the parking space can be shared.
