Lovely Kingsize Room with garden and garage

We have a room on offer in a newly decorated first floor flat - close to the centre of Westbourne and Bournemouth Gardens. Sharing with two females, aged 26 and 29, we're seeking either a male or female that's friendly and of a similar age.

It's a three bedroom flat, with a large lounge/diner and kitchen/diner, there's one bathroom and then an extra WC. The room is fully furnished with lovely oak furniture - a kingsize bed and two/three wardrobes. The flat is on the first floor of a character converted house, but we also have a private garden out back and access to a garage. The garden is currently just grass but will be working on it and adding a BBQ etc in the next 1 - 2 months. Most of the furniture in the flat is new and I'm just finishing it off so I will add pictures in the next day or so - the pictures shown are how it was when I brought the flat to give you an idea.

No pets, no dss and no smoking in the flat. The price includes everything (gas, electric, water, TV licence, council tax, wifi). 6 month min term.

It's on street parking only and the road can get quite busy, so if you don't like a little walk up the road from your car on some days then please don't come to view.
