Hello House Hunters!

This room is cheap, a good size and in the trendy area of Westbourne. It's above a beautiful vintage arcade filled with antique shops, cafes, and stores selling bespoke products.

It's a 10-15 minute walk to Branksome Station, and about a 20 minute walk or short bus ride to central Bournemouth. However, there are so many shops around the flat (including an M&S, a Boots, a Tesco Express and a Starbucks) it's not really necessary to go into the centre often (unless you want to of course!)

The flat has five rooms, but so far only four are filled. The other three housemates (1 male and 2 females) are all working professionals and are easy to live with.

I'm putting my room back on the market as I'm moving for a new job and need to leave asap, but believe me, I'll be sad to leave this beauty of a room behind!

It's £390 a month, bills and internet included in the price, so it's a complete bargain. Bathroom is shared with the two girls.
