We now have several rooms available from the New Year.

All have private shower room, WC and basin within the room or in a private locked shower room along the corridor. There are no sharing of bathroom facilities in this property, as everyone has their own.

The largest room includes a small kitchenette and double bed.

All rooms are furnished.

The house is fully central heated with cavity wall insulation. Large shared kitchen, large lounge/diner, laundry room with 3 washing machines and 1 tumble dryer. Large garden with clothes dryer and storage shed with cycle racks, lighting and CCTV.

BT Infinity (Fibre Optic) Wireless Broadband throughout, (Unlimited Business connection). TV point in every room. Weekly Housekeeping service for cleaning communal areas. CCTV operates for your safety and security. All bills are included.

This is a NO SMOKING building, but an outside smoking shelter is provided.

There are 7 parking spaces on a first come basis. Free parking is also available on street.

The current housemates are a mixture of working professionals in their 20's & 30's. They are a nice group of people in various occupations who tend to stay medium to long term.

We are looking for the right person who will mix well with the existing housemates and ideally stay for a minimum of one year. (Most people tend to stay longer).
