Room to rent for single over 55 yrs old

I am looking for someone to share the flat with me in an over 55 complex. Close to Asda and in walking distance of the beach.

I own the property and have a friend living with me at the moment, but they are moving out at the end of the month. I love to travel so spend lots of time away.

I am looking for clean, tidy fun and respectful lodger that is easy to get along with.

All bills are included and there is fast wifi and parking for a car.

I am a smoker so you will be ok with this.

The flat is a ground floor with garden access to a patio. The house has recently been redecorated and most of the rooms have new furniture. The house has a new kitchen, shower room with a bath and is furnished to a good standard.

Both bedrooms are double sized but the room for rent is to a single person only.
The rent includes:

- water
- electric
- high-speed internet

Tenants will be required to pay a deposit (equivalent to one month's rent) and the rent for the remainder of the current month before they move in then monthly in advance.
