CKS Building Solutions are proud to present a fully renovated & modernized three storey house with five large unfurnished bedrooms (we do however provide each bedroom with a wardrobe), 3 of which are en suite and the other two sharing one very spacious bathroom with multiple sinks so you have your own space still.

The room we have available from the 18th of November shares a bathroom with one other and is on the top floor.

The house also comes with a beautiful new and fully fitted kitchen, communal lounge/dining room and very private courtyard garden with plenty of seating and firepit

In order to create a house you would want to live in we have made sure to add little extras that make the place feel more luxurious including rainfall showers, self-closing cupboards and drawers and soundproofing in every room.

We are looking for very clean & tidy working professionals to share this already friendly house.
