The room is located in an old Victorian building in Weymouth town centre, between the Harbor and the Central Beach. There is a partial harbor view from the window. The town centre offers variety of shops, gym, pubs, restaurants, parks and quick access to all transportation links.
This room is with a large shared bathroom and fully furnished with double bed, chair, dressing table/desk with mirror, chest with drawers, clothes hanger, Wi Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s a quiet place for single occupancy only, but not suitable for visitors, guests and parties.
The property is very private and secure, CCTV, front street access, clean and well kept, with just one occupant to share with.
The ideal candidate must be a full time working person with employment contract, with professional and previous landlord references, clear DBS.
The room is available for the beginning of December.
