Own bathroom separate to bedroom. 10 minutes walk around a lake to marina, town, harbour, beach and train. Road adjacent to main road for easy commute to Granby, Dorchester or Portland. Pleasant surroundings including palm trees at front, trees, green space and lake. Built in wardrobe. Standard double bed with 2000 pocket spring and memory foam mattress. Bedding and TV NOT supplied. Use of kitchen diner, lounge, conservatory and garden. Broadband is good. I do NOT have satellite TV. Quiet and respectful landlord seeking 1 similar person who tidies up after himself. No smoking. Parking on street, maybe driveway by agreement. No working from home. £100 per week with no extra bills, all inclusive. 4 nights Monday to Friday, less nights negotiable.
