Shared use of newly fitted kitchen (complete with washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher), spacious lounge /dining room with freesat TV, small sunny rear courtyard and 2 bathrooms.
Sharing with female owner and partner and dog and one other person. The bills are shared between the people living here which is £100 per person. Couple will be considered but would cost more.
