We are a non-smoking household with a cat and two children (5 and 3 years). As our lodger, you would have full access to our (vegetarian) kitchen and would have your own undercounter fridge. Please note, we would require our lodger to also only store and consume vegetarian products in the house.
You can use our fast wifi, washing machine, living room, kitchen and garden – our home is your home. There is unrestricted on road parking. We do not have a TV license (Netflix is good enough for us) so if you would like to watch live TV you would need to purchase your own TV license.
One month’s rent in advance plus one month as deposit.
