Single en-suite room and private courtyard

Single room with doors opening out onto a private courtyard, en-suite private bathroom and conservatory. Large kitchen and lounge shared. There is also a double room available at the end of July, for preferably a female as it has a shared bathroom and roof terrace with me. I work away and when I’m in, I'm usually upstairs studying. I work away, overnights or abroad so rarely use the lounge and I’m a keen rower and membership secretary for Weymouth Rowing club. I’ve lived here for five years and although it’s close to the beach and 10-15 minutes from the town centre, it’s a quiet house.
TV license and Wi-Fi are included but for long term house sharing, water, gas and electric will need to be shared fair.
A parking permit can be bought from the council as it is permit holders only in the evenings, you can park a couple of streets away for free.
