Double loft room in a lovely quiet house

I have a double loft room coming available on the 1st October. It's a very chilled and relaxed house. 1 minute walk to Weymouth seafront and 5 mins into town, close to train station which goes direct to London Location is great. Although I own the house and do live here I am hardly ever about as I work in London all week and sometimes I will stay in London at the weekends. So it will just be yourself and one other pretty much most of the time. I have one young male lodger currently. No smoking in the house but welcome to smoke in the garden. Will only consider someone who is professional (full time employment) MUST BE clean, tidy, quiet and respectful. References required. Stairs are quite steep up into the loft so you must be happy with this. No parking although plenty of nearby free street parking available. Please contact me if interested to arrange a veiwing.
