We are a tidy, clean and friendly household.
We will all be sharing the kitchen and upstairs bathroom (bath, separate shower and toilet) as well as a downstairs toilet, so being tidy and cleaning up after yourself is expected.

The open plan living room is ordinarily my personal space but I’m more than happy to share this with a house mate if you want to watch some TV with me or feel free to use when I’m not home.

We're non smokers and require our new house mate to be non smoking too.

Located 2mins walk from a main bus route with easy access to Dorchester, Weymouth and Portland. Bus stop 2mins round the corner and a we’re a stone's throw from countryside walks and cycle paths into Weymouth and Dorchester.
4 Supermarkets within 10-15 min walking distance away - 2 mins in the car!

Off road shared parking and quiet on road parking available on a No through road. So very little traffic or noise.

Quiet location with a large south facing garden. Which you are free to use whenever you fancy.
