We have one bright double en suite room available for a working professional. The room is suitable for someone working in the area but going home regularly at weekends or similar.

Excellent location in walking distance of Weymouth town centre, college, beach and train station. On bus routes to Dorchester. On street parking available outside the property.
The room has an en suite shower/toilet. There is a tv and kettle in the room too. The room is fully furnished and bedding/towels will be changed regularly.

Access to kitchen/lounge including washing machine.

Please note - single occupancy:

Room is available part time for someone working in the area. Available Monday to Friday (or similar) and occasional weekends.


£160 for 7 nights (occasional on agreement)
£140 for 5 nights per week
£135 for 4 nights
£120 for 3 nights (min per week)

Please note this would not be suitable as your permanent home. It would suit someone working in the area for a short contract or someone who goes home to their permanent home regularly.
