Family Home

I have a large semi detached, somewhat old fashioned house, which is a bit chilly in winter, with an ample sized garden. There is one large bathroom and the kitchen is shared., but most people staying in the past have enjoyed staying here.
I am an interesting, slightly dotty old lady, who likes people staying as long as they are friendly and helpful. However I need time on my own, so non stop jabbering would drive me round the bend.
I am somewhat untidy but expect a degree of tidiness from tenants. I like dogs if they are not too large and are well behaved.....also cats or rabbits, however no snakes.
I hope to establish a mutual and respectful atmosphere of family care and friendship.
