Double room in new flat

Hi, I’m letting out the spare double room in my flat. I’ve had 2 previous lodgers, both great and who stayed up to 12 months so I’m looking forward to my next one.

The room is furnished with a double bed & comfy mattress, chest of drawers, clothes rail, mirror, small desk/tv stand, shoe cabinets. The property also has a fully equipped bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Full fibre WiFi, great for streaming TV.

WiFi, Water, council tax, service charge all included.
Electricity not included in rent.

Private car park and roadside parking.
Shared garden, nice grass area with outdoor furniture. Clothes drying line.
Gated and locked bike shed. Can be used to store other outdoor items within reason.

Bus stop into town or Dorchester is a 5 minute walk. Train station is a 20 minute walk. Beach is around 25 minute walk.
Supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Aldi, and Lidl) are a 10 minute walk away.
If you drive Dorchester and Weymouth town centre are both about 10 minutes depending on traffic.

A bit about me - I work a Mon-Fri office job, sometimes working from home. I enjoy getting out and about and keeping active. I’m big into music and listen to all sorts. I enjoy travelling and last year took a 3 month trip across New Zealand and Asia. I’ve got a solid set of very welcoming friends if you are new to the area and are interested in meeting new people!
