Hi, I am looking for a maximum of 2 lodgers for my own newly refurbished house. There are 3 rooms to choose from varying in price and size. All have been newly decorated.
The house during the week will me mainly your own as I work away from Mon-Fri so I am looking for someone who takes some pride in keeping themselves and their areas clean. I want you to treat the house as your own. 2 living rooms, huge garden with extensive decking. Great location, close to amenities, close to town but not too close!
All bills are included, the usual, broadband, council tax etc.
Sorry but absolutely no smokers, no one working from home. Couples considered but will be an extra charge.
The decking in rhe pictures is currently being painted and made good.
I dont need to have lodgers so will be quite picky about who would be a good match.
