Beautiful large home

Hi, I have a very large modern downstairs bedroom available. Newly decorated, wall mounted 65 inch tv, double bed and sofa bed also with French doors leading out to extensive decking area.
There are 2 sitting rooms/areas as well for use, with 75 and 65 inch tvs, with Netflix and Sky Sports.
The house has been newly decorated and comes with new carpets and mattresses.
There are 2 clean, considerate very quiet tenants (who work together) already in the house, they work all week and generally go home at weekends.
I work away all week, so wont be around much at all.
Im looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful
who will look after themselves, their room and the house, whilst treating it as their own
Great location, close to amenities, close to town but not too close with plenty of parking
All bills are included, the usual, broadband, council tax etc.
Sorry but no smokers. Working from home and couples considered but will incur an extra charge.
