Newly refurbished shared property. The property consists of 6 double bedrooms (for single occupancy), a communal living / dinning area, kitchen, 2 shower rooms with toilet, front patio and a large tiled back garden.
The property is conveniently located at a 5 minute walk from the train station, the bus stop and the beach whilst also residing on a quiet and friendly road. The house is refurbished to high standards including CCTV and fire alarms. Utility Bills and broadband are included in the rent.
This house is expected to be kept in clean, tidy conditions considering the fact that it is brand new. To maintain these conditions

there will be a monthly charge of £15 per room for cleaning and up-keeping.
We would prefer individuals that are friendly, respectful residents. Please note that the property is smoke free and not a party place or home for social gatherings. The property will be regularly inspected to see if it is being maintained properly.

3 double bedrooms share a communal kitchen on the ground floor. The remaining 3 double bedrooms will each have their own fully functional kitchen inside the room. All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, mattress, a bedside table and a 2 door cupboard. The 3 larger bedrooms also have a 3 chest drawer and a study table each including the previous furniture.
