Coming to the rental market is a double room with own en-suite and kitchenette.
We are in progress of doing a refurbishment so I have attached photos of recent projects to similar specifications.
En-suite has toilet , sink and shower.
Kitchenette includes 2.7m of worktop , fridge space , sink and plenty of storage.
There is a shared lounge and big kitchen with cooking facilities including a washing machine.
Will be sharing with two other working male professionals that are clean and quiet .
We are looking for somebody clean and tidy and quiet individual.
The bills are split between the three people living in the flat, which is council tax , gas and electricity and WiFi which are on top of the rent.
Unfortunately there is no parking but very close to town Center , the property is located very close to Asda and the harbour
The room benefits for a beautiful view of the harbour !

The room is 20sqm is a huge room with a separate room/cupboard that would be brilliant as a walk in wardrobe.
It can come either furnished or unfurnished.
