Single room in shared house

I have a small single room available from 14th September.

There are 3 of us and a cat. Were all pretty laid back and there's a good balance of socialising and having privacy. Weymouth about 1½ miles from the beach. The house has 4 bedrooms, a large open plan lounge/sitting room/kitchen-diner. TV, fast internet connection. All the usual things you’d expect in a home (washing machine, fire place, air fryer). Large garden, a bike shed and a drying room for wetsuits, walking gear, etc. I have a cleaner who comes every Friday.

We’re close to big supermarkets, convenience stores, pubs and takeaways/restaurants. On the bus route to town and Chickerell with 2 min walk to bus stop. It’s a 15-20 minute walk or 10 minute cycle ride to town/beach. Parking. Easy access to Weymouth, Portland and Dorchester.
