Large clean modern house

Hi, I have 2 double rooms available immediately.
One very large downstairs room ,wall mounted 65 inch tv, double bed and sofa bed also with French doors leading out to extensive decking area.
Another smaller double room upstairs.
I work away from monday to Friday so predominantly you will be sharing with my current lodger who is a tidy, quiet, respectful worker who is out for most of the day and goes home every other weekend.
There are 2 sitting rooms/areas as well for use, with 75 and 65 inch tvs, with Netflix and Sky Sports.
The house has been newly decorated and comes with new carpets and mattresses.
Huge garden, with raised decking, pergola and multiple seating areas
Im looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful
who will look after themselves, their room and the house, whilst treating it as their own
Great location, close to amenities, close to town but not too close with plenty of parking
All bills are included, the usual, broadband, council tax etc.
Considerate smokers welcome if they clean up after themselves but absolutely NO smoking in the house.
Working from home and couples considered but will incur an extra charge.
Small, tidy house trained pets considered
