Beautiful light and airy large double bedroom in shared house. Near Weymouth harbour, no allocated parking but plenty of free spaces in area and pay and display car park 1 minute walk, with permits available. Female live in landlord, currently with daughter (20 year old) also resident. Only female to apply. Room furnished, has shared use of 1 bathroom, kitchen and dining area. Must like animals as I have a Labrador and 2 cats. £650 to include bills. Would need 1 month deposit, employer reference and previous landlord ref/or personal ref. Council tax band c. I work from home during the week and am away some weekends.
