The house has two bath/shower rooms, a fully fitted kitchen with eye-level electric oven, micro wave oven, gas hob, dish washer, washing machine and spin dryer. There is a bright breakfast room where the house-mates socialise and small pretty patio garden with a tree and shrubs - great for al fresco drinking and dining in summer.

We are looking for a quiet, responsible house-mate who still has a sense of fun.

The best for last. We have a cleaner who comes in once a week, so all the regular chores are done but you still have to clean up after yourselves. Also, there is a handyman who takes care of small jobs and the house is under contract with British Gas for almost everything. So it is well maintained.

The rent includes all bills, gas electricity, water rates, Council tax, tv license fee, Sky HD+ tv with Sky Entertainment extra, so you get all the films, sports, documentary channels etc and the High Definitions channels which you can record, pause etc onto the digi-box, and Sky fast WIFI, telephone to UK landlines, and cleaning services..
