Tired of living in an untidy house or arguing over the chores, then move to my house where the chores are taken care of as the house is cleaned weekly. Though you still have to clean up after yourself. The house is also well maintained through the services of British Gas.

In a quiet cozy double room with plenty of storage space, 2 built in wardrobes and under-bed storage, tv and DVD player, Sky+ HD with Sky Entertainment Extra with Sports and film packages independently and directly to the room, Sky Unlimited broadband WIFI and free calls to local and long distance land UK line calls up to 50 minutes in length. The monthly rent is £750 pcm which includes all bills. Personally, I think this room is too small for a couple to share on a permanent basis, but it's up to you. For double occupancy there is an extra charge of £25 per month.

The house has two bath/shower rooms, a fully fitted kitchen with eye-level electric oven, micro wave oven, gas hob, dish washer, washing machine and spin dryer. There is a breakfast room and small pretty patio garden with tree and shrubs.
