Double room for lodger

We are offering 1 spacious double room for a single person with arm chair, hand basin, microwave, fridge Wifi and ample storage in our period house. The room overlooks a lovely courtyard and roof garden. The shower and toilet is shared with 1 other lodger.

There is a post office, mini Tesco, laudrette, bakery, takeaway food shops etc within a 3 minute walk ie just around the corner. Swimming pool & restaurant in the Rembrandt Hotel.

The owners live in the house which is suitable for an independent person.

The house is ideally situated in a quiet road but is only 3 minutes walk to local shops and buses, 7 minutes to the beach and 15 minute walk to the centre of Weymouth and the station. We are just off the Dorchester Road in a quiet area with free on street parking . This accommodation would suit a professional person.
