Spacious maisonette with almost sole occupancy!

You will enjoy a double room with sole use of the rest of the flat for most of the year. I'll only be back for about a week at Christmas, another at Easter and for a couple of weeks in the summer. For the rest of the year...enjoy it and look after it please! High ceilings upstairs, low ceiling downstairs, so anyone over 6 foot tall is not going to be comfortable! Very near the town centre and two minutes from Asda! Parking in the street and a communal front door. Small back yard for bins etc. Washing machine, fridge freezer, gas cooker, wifi, no dishwasher ....it's a nice friendly flat with a nice friendly owner, looking for a reliable, decent lodger.
