Hi,

Tired of an untidy house or arguing over the chores, then move to my house where the chores are taken care of. Though you still have to clean up after yourself.

In a comfortable house with a new kitchen I have a newly painted second floor quiet double room. It overlooks the patio garden and the yacht marina on the distance. It has a double wardrobe, and tv with Sky so you get all the High Definition channels and the full range of Sky programmes of sports and film channels etc, which you can pause and record.

There is also Sky's Unlimited WIFI Broadband, and free calls to local and long distance UK land line calls up to 50 minutes in length. The monthly rent includes all bills, Sky tv. Sky Unlimited WIFI, telephone calls to normal landlines in the UK up to 50 minutes per call and council tax.

The house has two bath/shower rooms, the first floor bathroom with tub and shower and there is a shower room-toilet on the ground floor.. There is a new fully fitted galley kitchen, with eye-level electric oven, micro wave, gas hob, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There is a breakfast room and small pretty patio garden with shrubs.

The house-mates are hard-working and quiet, respecting everyone's space. When they are at home they meet up in the lounge or in the patio garden to socialise.

Please note, couples will have to pay £50 more per month to cover the extra utility costs?

Please note, I am a private landlord and this house is a registered house of multiple occupation, therefore no children or pets can stay at the house.
