This light and airy double room has a double bed, two bedside tables, one freestanding, one built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It shares a bathroom with another housemate.

The house is situated in the much sought after Preston area near Sutton Poyntz. Easy bus route access to Weymouth and some off street parking available. The Spar and Coop are in walking distance as well as easy access to three local hostelries!

The house has a shared garden, a kitchen diner, a lounge with Sky, WiFI and a spare bed for guests on an occasional basis.

I am looking for another professional house mate who is fun yet respectful of others space.

This house is owned by Jack, my big black bruiser cat. Me? I just pay the mortgage!
