Separate toilet and shower room, also fridge and freezer, no cooker.

Use of downstairs kitchen and double sized living area as well if needed, which means you can be as sociable as you want to be, and also have lots of your own space.
Only looking for professional workers in long term work
Ideally looking for someone quiet as professional household.
Two cats in household, so no other pets can be considered, not a party house.

Would suit a mature person that is able to look after the house occasionally, as landlord plans to travel a lot when the world opens up again
