Lovely Quiet Loft Room

I have a lovely fresh quiet loft room for rent, with a comfy double bed with storage, wardrobe and drawers and a large velux window. There is a shared bathroom and shower, lovely kitchen and lounge area. There is also a friendly medium sized dog so you must be a dog lover. We all work then in the evening we like cooking and films. living right in the heart of town we are often out socialising. we are looking for a like minded lodger with a sense of humour there may be a little housekeeping involved but we all chip in. we are a stones through from the lovely beach and sea front and a short walk from town. right next to the train station.
