Room available in 3 bedroom family home to myself, my two lodgers, both professional, male 33years and female 24 years and two cats. There are lots of local amenities in a short walking distance including doctors, chemist, small supermarket, hairdressers and it is on the bus route into town. It is a simple single bedroom with built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and single bed. Furniture can be removed if required. Smoking only permitted in the garden. There is a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. Shared use of kitchen and utility room.

Rent is £85 PW all bills included, £450 deposit required.
