Looking for full time working professional single person to share a private 2 bedroom ground floor flat though a agent i have viewed today in lower westham near rock hotel (fees apply) with me all new build property (money needed too for depoists 50 % each, ,300 pcm each month is the rent plus other bills on top, a depoist is also required by both and total need between yo move in is £1390(i have my half waiting to go ,looking also to get sky tv back but i would pay that as can get a good deal with them anybody interested please message or phone .many thanks ,p. s i'm not a agent just a normal person looking to move in area i like from area i dont. high regards brian parsons
