Beautiful Modern Four Bedroom Town house set over 3 floors, 5 minutes walk into the town centre set in a quiet Cul-de-sac.
We are renting a medium sized single rooms which also comes with a pull out bed underneath. The room is a the rear of the property with views out over Weymouth. It has a 42" TV and pine and white furniture. There are 3 bathrooms within the property. The main bathroom (containing bath and shower) is rarely used by us as we have an en suite in our room.

There is a fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, microwave, fridge freezer etc.) and a private garden. There is modern double-glazing, laminate flooring/carpets and central heating throughout. In the internal garage there is washing machine and a large tumble dryer

For ease, we are including the cost of all utility bills within the rent of £80 per week. This price is for long term renters, Please speak to the landlord for short term prices or the deposit.
