CKS Building Solutions are proud to present a fully renovated & modernized three storey house with five large unfurnished bedrooms (we do however provide each bedroom with a wardrobe).

We have two rooms currently available. One available now on the first floor that shares a very large and spacious bathroom with just one other tenant. And another room available around the 7th of August which is an en-suite outhouse with its own small kitchenette.

The house also comes with a beautiful and fully fitted kitchen, communal lounge/dining room and very private courtyard garden with plenty of seating.

In order to create a house you would want to live in we have made sure to add little extras that make the place feel more luxurious including rainfall showers, self-closing cupboards and drawers and soundproofing in every room.

We are looking for very clean & tidy working professionals to share this already friendly house.
