Spacious double room with ensuite, furnished availalble now. Bills all included. Couples considered (normally £500 and £650 for a couple). One female teacher and male professional plus 2 children in residence.
Please call with any questions. Sky box with all channels supplied with room. Divorcees who need to have children every other weekend etc. welcome as long as they are well behaved. Smokers welcome but no smoking in the house. No large (reptiles welcome) pets as we already have cats and dogs who love people. Private bathroom with shower and lots of parking on driveway. Brand new carpet put down June 2020.
We are a very laid back house and there are no cleaning rotas for you (been asked that before a lot). We have a washing machine/tumble dryer. You have your own fridge and use of the bbq at the front. Garage storage if wanted. We are a sociable family but appreciate that everyone needs space and privacy so you will not be disturbed but feel free to join in our socials!
No deposit required as we only ask you replace what you break etc. Monthly or weekly accepted. House is currently for sale. Thanks :)
