There is ample off road parking, enough for 2 cars. This is a joint tenancy house share with myself and my 12 year old son with full use of all the rooms in the house. We are an easy going little family and spend lots of time out of the house most weekends and some evenings participating in my son's sports events. The room comes unfurnished (although the picture of the bedroom is shown furnished and it wouldn't be a problem to find some furniture if the new tenant required it).
