- Middle floor bathroom, my partner and I have an ensuite so only use the shared bathroom if we want to take a bath
- Parking available
- Occasional dog visits

About us:
My fiancée and I, 26 and 29 years old, have available for rent a large room on a new build estate in Wimborne as the current tenants are moving out after living with us for a year for a place of their own. We have a dog (Finnish Lapphund breed) called Latu who we enjoy taking to the new forest and Bournemouth beach for walks. My partner exclusively reads fiction and I exclusively read non-fiction. If this seems like a disjointed list of facts about us that's because it is, not sure what you're meant to write here??
