There are two rooms in a wing of a friendly open family home close to Wimborne town centre with beautiful garden on the river.

It is currently set up as a very large living room and bedroom with a separate entrance.. There is a small kitchen and a bathroom in addition to the kitchen and bathroom used by the family.

Would suit working adult with good credit and references.

It could be used as flatlet on a lodger type basis with either a single person or couple using the bedroom and the lounge. Or alternatively I could put a double bed in the lounge and rent it as two separate bed/sitting rooms if that is more popular. Please let me know your preference.
