Available August 31st: One furnished single room in upstairs part of happy home. Nice bathroom with shower & bath. There's a small kitchen with sink, kettle, microwave, slow cooker & fridge which is shared with only one other person; all in the upstairs part of the house. (Landlady lives downstairs).

This is a clean, quiet, non-smoking, friendly household. The room will suit a professional, tidy & considerate, person.

All bills included, includes Wifi.
Street parking in quiet road.

References and guarantor required plus deposit and month's payment in advance.
Bed linen can be provided and washed weekly.
