Talbot campus is also a 15 minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride.
Bournemouth town centre is a 40 minute walk away whilst the airport is around a 15/20 minute drive depending upon the traffic.
The room is a good size single and there is a area built in to hang clothes along with a large chest of drawers and desk and chair.
The house has WIFI and gas central heating and a large kitchen diner with washing machine, sitting room and garden.
Unfortunately we have no off-road parking but there is ample on-street parking.
We are quiet and friendly family and are looking to rent to someone similar.
Please note this room is for Monday to Friday only and therefore suitable for people working in Bournemouth but living elsewhere and returning to their homes at weekends.
