I am looking for a new tenant for a Double Room in one of my properties in Winton, which will become available at the end of the month, although the outgoing tenant can be flexible on his moving date. I would like either a professional or student who is looking for good quality accommodation with friendly housemates. The room is for single occupation only and is not available to couples.
The Double Room, which is on the upper floor, is tastefully furnished with, white wardrobe, desk with drawers, bedside cabinet and double bed. The accommodation also provides a separate toilet cubicle, and a washstand and basin within the room.
Although there are seven rooms in total - this is a quiet, well-run and well-maintained property, with many of the tenants not home much of the time. All the tenants are respectful of each other and of the property. The property is currently occupied by six males and one female, with ages ranging from mid 20s to 50s.
The communal bathroom on the upper floor, which has been renovated to a high standard, is shared by four housemates; the other rooms include their own en-suites.
The breakfast kitchen, which is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridges, freezers, washer and cooking facilities, etc. is of a very good size and standard.
The garden space, although small, is well-maintained and provides adequate outside seating.
A cleaner visits fortnightly to keep the common areas in good order, although the current housemates always ensure that a very good standard is maintained.
A gardener tends the three small garden areas as and when required. The property provides off-road parking.
The rent is £465.00 pcm, and includes WiFi and all the bills, except the TV licence. The deposit is £300.00 and will be registered with one the Government recognised schemes.
