Large, bright, fully-furnished, double room available in a beautiful Edwardian house close to Charminster and Winton.

The room has a wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, a bookcase and a small desk. It's one of two bedrooms on the top floor of the house. You would share the bathroom with one other girl who is in her early 20s.

The house has a shared living room and conservatory, and a very large, well-stocked kitchen with two fridges and a pantry for your food storage needs.

There are fabulous communal spaces and a small garden and patio area. The property has all the amenities you could wish for: washing machine, on-road parking, shed for bikes, basement for storage, 3 toilets, and 2 bath/shower rooms, together with high-speed Broadband.

You would be sharing with 3 other young people aged beteen 23-30. All are open-minded, non-smoking, health conscious professionals interested in fitness, music, food and nature. I am a very friendly, easy-going live-in landlord and am used to sharing my home.

We are looking for a clean, respectful person with a positive outlook, who likes to socialise but who also values privacy and quiet. This isn't a party house or somewhere with locked rooms and rotas. It's a home!

We are a 10 minute walk from two beautiful parks: Merrick Park in one direction and Queens Park in the other. The house is in-between Charminster high street with its bars, cafes and restaurants, and Winton, which has a good selection of supermarkets and other retail outlets. Stokewood gym and the tennis courts are 5 minutes away, and the railway station, town centre and beach are within easy walking distance.

The bus route close by goes to Bournemouth and Poole town centres and also routes to JP Morgan, University, Bournemouth hospital, and the train station.
