Student Let

Looking to fill this 4 bed student house in Winton. I’ve reserved a room in this house and looking for 3 housemates to share with. Property includes a big garden and really nice homey communal areas. We would each be responsible for our own rooms in terms of rent and deposits but would share responsibility of the communal areas. Gas and electric are on a pre paid metre, all other bills are included in rent:) I’m a 23 year old transferring from Bristol. Focused on uni, but also enjoy socialising
