Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy ASAP, the house is on Heathwood road, the unis are a 10 minute walking distance away and the closest bus stop is 2 minutes away. it is also 10 minutes away from Winton central and Lidl. 5 bedrooms, 3 guys and 1 girl, they're all really nice. The bedroom is quite big, with the biggest wardrobe in the house, a bedside cabinet, a desk, a drawer, and also a sink with a sink cabinet as well. It's £430/month. :) The others would prefer a female.
