It is a central location a minutes walk from the shops and bus route between Poole and Bournemouth.

The property is very close to the shops in Winton and a 20 minute walk to Bournemouth town centre. It is also located on the main bus routes.

You will have use of the shared kitchen and bathroom.

Tenants usually stay for years at a time and is suitable for those in full time employment or even retired looking for an affordable and spacious accommodation.

Rent includes all bills including wifi.

Minimum term of 12 months.

Single occupancy only.

It is a clean and quiet house. So only suitable for mature people experienced with living with others looking for a quiet home to settle into.

Existing housemates are all working professionals so not a student house, whilst I will consider mature students.
