Hi 😃 I am Refrigeration engineer working in the day time Monday to Friday, ideal house mate not to work at night shifts as my little one 6 years old living with me. I got cat in the house, I am looking for the quiet, polite, clean person to join our little home castle 😃 there is a big garden, drive way for use for one car, large kitchen, This bedroom will suit single professional/ working full time , chilled out person. This is a family house not a party place, quiet and clean person please. The bedroom got a little air purifier, good size wardrobe, storage in the bed, new memory foam mattress, TV on the wall, two wall shelves and drawer cabinet. It’s a very clean and looking good house. Cleaner coming every other Saturday/Sunday for 2h and she charge £30 for cleaning the place, we will split this bill between two of us. It’s a 3 bedroom bungalow occupied only by myself and one child. You would have to pay 1 month up front and two weeks deposit before you move in and then weekly or stay on monthly payments for the rent. Bills included
