New carpet, with new sofa bed (double bed). We provide duvet, pillow, desk, chair, wardrobe, hanging rail, microwave and fridge freezer inside your bedroom.

Looking for a clean, tidy, quite part time student or a professional, who's not work from home. The current lodger who's next to this room is a part time international student, therefore I prefer a female lodger as well to fill my room.
Valid ID is required.

Monthly rent is £540..
To move in you need to pay one month rent + deposit £200.

All bills included.
Free broadband WiFi.

* Share shower room with toilet, mostly only you and another lodger will use the shower room and toilet as our family use upstairs bathroom and toilet.

* Share dining room.

* Share kitchen with appliances ( cooker, air fryer, washing machine, dryer, pots, pans etc).

*** T&C : The shower room only have 2 in 1 toilet with sink together, for brush teeth and wash face you need to use the shower room, please keep clean every used ***
