Room available for a university student from September 2025 for the academic year. You will only be charged for the academic terms, Christmas and Easter break will not be charged as long as the room is fully vacated during these periods.

Great location. Walking distance to the Talbot Campus and one minute from the main road in Winton for buses for the town centre and plenty of shops.

Small double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, fold down desk and chair. Plenty of clothes hanging space and shelves.

All utility bills included, full fibre internet, use of kitchen and washing machine.

I am a working professional with one other university student.

Female household so looking for a female lodger. I have two friendly cats in case of allergies! No night shift workers, must be non smoker/non vaper.
