£120 per week - 35 week contract term time only - £4200.00 for the academic year including utility bills.

Room available for term time only in Winton for University term dates (although have flexibility if needed to extend dates and stay in holidays if needed at £120 per week). Great for a student who wants to return home during the holidays. The room must be fully vacated during holiday periods then you will not be charged during holidays.

Great location. Walking distance to the university and one minute from the main road in Winton for buses and plenty of shops.

Small double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, fold down desk and chair. Plenty of clothes hanging space and shelves.

All utility bills included, full fibre internet, use of kitchen and washing machine.

I am a working professional, I am out of the house Monday to Friday. It is a 3 bed house, one other university student.

Female household so looking for a female lodger. I have two friendly cats in case of allergies! No night shift workers, must be non smoker/non vaper.
