Large Double Room in 1st Floor Flat

I have recently moved back into the property and have a large double room that isn’t in use (photos are from previous tenants)

I generally WFH most days but all around it’s a chilled household.

I’m either working, going to the gym or out with friends for coffee or meals.

There is a shared bathroom (pictured) and a separate toilet (not pictured) alongside a large landing area and shared kitchen with all necessary appliances.

Shared living room also with dining table, large sofa, armchair and TV etc.

Benefit from sharing with one person (essentially a flat share) rather than multiple occupants or a separate family.

Looking for somebody who’s clean and no party heads.
